SERIES OVERVIEW
Amid the solstice celebrations on Dhustone Hill, beyond the prehistoric stone circle on the summit, a tourist is found dead. When it transpires that local man, BILLY, is also missing, the remote hilltop community assumes he’s responsible.


THE WRITER

Alice Burden is a writer with a number of critically acclaimed projects published across print, radio and TV. LOST IN FRANCE, a radio play co-written by Alice, was broadcast on BBC Radio 4’s Afternoon Drama series in July 2017 starring Sophie Thompson and Phyllida Law. It was an Observer pick and a Radio Times pick, as well as being featured on Radio 4’s Pick of the Week. Shortlisted scripts include: CLING FILM, feature (BlueCat & Finish Line), REPORTS, short play (Little Pieces of Gold), HAVEN, short film (BBC Wales), produced by Alice in September 2017.
Other writing work includes her CHELSEA NANNY column & others (KCW TODAY, 2012-present), the basis for her first novel, THE DEFINING ACT OF ALEXA DAVIES (2015).
