Balloon Entertainment is an independent production company, based in London and Glasgow UK, producing comedy and drama for UK and global audiences. Formed in 2012 as a partnership between award winning screenwriter Bryan Elsley and famed UK comedy star Harry Enfield, the company initially existed to produce their own work. However, in short order Balloon began developing and producing comedy over a wide slate of emerging and established talent.

Its recent productions include Candice Carty-Williams’ musical- drama Champion (Netflix/BBC), Nathan Foad’s original sitcom Newark, Newark (UKTV) and comedian Harry Enfield’s centenary special for the BBC, The Love Box in Your Living Room (BBC1).
